✅ All orders are posted in the order section.
If the order button is blue - please apply and wait for our confirmation.
If the order button is orange - you can click to receive your order - it means you can start production right away . Xometry confirmation is not required.
✅ If the order is not suitable for you, you do not need to receive the order. You can put your order into production only if the conditions are right for you. We have new orders posted every day.
✅You can click "Provide my price and time" to ask for your time and price at any time.
✅Reminder: All order-related communication must go through Xometry ( email@example.com ). If you try to communicate directly with the customer, we will be forced to freeze your account.
✅Please be sure to fill in all the information in your profile (company, contact, production capacity)
✅If you have received the order, please reply to our emails and requests within 24 hours, otherwise we will have to cancel the order.
✅If you have received the order, but cannot produce, then please notify us as soon as possible.
➡️Delivery and Payment:
✅Payment according to the invoice is only possible after the order has been received. We do not support prepayments or bank guarantees.
✅All invoices must state: "Delivery Terms DAP (Delivery at Destination) Ottobrunn".
✅ All prices given include shipping and export customs charges (DAP Ottobrunn). This means that you will receive the specified amount. If the delivery is on time, we will pay within 20 days after delivery, if the delivery is delayed, we will pay within 40 days.
✅You can receive multiple orders at a time, using one loading order to deliver within the shortest lead time to reduce packaging and shipping costs. Lead time is the date before the order should be shipped to Ottobrunn (Germany).
✅You need to do quality control before shipment.
➡️How to start working step by step:
Step 1 : Go to the order section . We post new orders here. We recommend checking the Orders section multiple times a day, as new orders are added multiple times a day.
You can start production right away. Xometry confirmation is not required.
Step 2 : Process and produce according to the order, pack the product, and send it to us by air (the longest delivery time is 7-10 days)

Orders can only be delivered by air/air. Delivery by sea, rail, or truck is not permitted. Orders can only be delivered by air with a maximum delivery time of 10 days.
Step 3 : Invoice and upload to Funding
We kindly ask that you indicate on the invoice attached to the box:
- Actual value (as indicated in the Po/Production Order);
- HS Code;
- DAP Ottorbrunn Incoterm.
