Shipping docs: how to use it?

After you have uploaded all the order information, you will see three links to download documents in the shipping section.

❗ Please, upload shipping information at least one day before Lead Time day! 

1. On the box (Shipping labels)

2. Into the box (Delivery note)

3. For customs (Commercial Invoice)

❗ Commercial (customs) invoice – if you ship several orders in one box (in one shipment), you should only issue 1 commercial (customs) invoice, which will contain all shipped items

Please, download and Print all of them.

Delivery note. Just print it and put into the box.

✅ For customs

Commercial Invoice.

The document already have all the information on the order, including HS code. 

Print it, fill in:

1 Tax ID (if applicable)

2 Invoice number 

3 Invoice issue date 

4 Brutto weight

5 Your stamp and signature

Please give this document to the courier, it will help during customs clearance.
