How to create your support ticket and send the message to our support team?
1. If applicable, please include the order number (PO)
2. Specify the subject
3. Give a full description of your problem. The more details in your support ticket, the better we can help.
4. You can also add a file to your request, add a screenshot or screen recording, which will help us to understand the problem better.
You can track the statuses of your support tickets. Right after sending the message, the status Open will be assigned.
This means that we got your question and are working on it, everything is in order. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
